Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for store credit only. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
If Route Shipping Protection is not purchased, all items ordered are final sale. No returns, exchanges or store credit will be offered.
Route Shipping Protection is not included in your purchase, it has to be added at Checkout.
All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
To return an item, please email customer service at [email protected] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

Return shipping charges will be paid or reimbursed by us.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return and provide you with a store credit for the value of the returned item.
The following items cannot be returned:
- Crown Annual Memberships
- Opened food products
- Opened/used items not in the original condition
For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the customer service number below to find out if you are eligible for an exchange or store credit.
- Unopened items may be eligible for return with store credit
- Damaged items may be eligible for re-ship or return for store credit
If your package is lost and you didn’t purchase route insurance we cannot reship your order.
If you did purchase route insurance, you can contact us and we will reship as soon as possible.
