RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for store credit only. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

If Route Shipping Protection is not purchased, all items ordered are final sale. No returns, exchanges or store credit will be offered.

Route Shipping Protection is not included in your purchase, it has to be added at Checkout.

All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at [email protected] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

Return shipping charges will be paid or reimbursed by us.

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return and provide you with a store credit for the value of the returned item.

EXCEPTIONS

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Crown Annual Memberships
  • Opened food products
  • Opened/used items not in the original condition

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the customer service number below to find out if you are eligible for an exchange or store credit.

Please Note

  • Unopened items may be eligible for return with store credit
  • Damaged items may be eligible for re-ship or return for store credit

LOST PACKAGE

If your package is lost and you didn’t purchase route insurance we cannot reship your order.
If you did purchase route insurance, you can contact us and we will reship as soon as possible.

  2. I am going to see how this company treats me before I reccommend them to other businesses. However, do not let any business tell you that you have to pay for items you never received. That’s a violation of all consumer & contractual laws. Let’s see if Crown does the righ thing here before this gets posted to all social medial platforms

  3. they will be available to help in any way before you pay. all silence comes after that. I asked for refuns 1 hr after paying. I have a cleaning business. this is for a school maybe? its a poor excuse for a office supply site. its got a little of this and that . office supply is not a good term for the limited items they sell. bbb here i come. I am calling my credit card to get refunded and the bbb will get my complaint today. they want to keep your membership fees,probably where they make most of their money. But they wont get to keep mine. I signed up thinking this was a true office supply business and once in there,i see shoes and kids school supplies. No printer paper etc…

    anyone here having the same issue just contact your credit card company and the bbb and you are going to get your membership redfunded

  4. I wish I got to see what was available before I WASTED $99 on an annual fee for things I can get cheaper on Amazon or target… seriously.

    This site was highly recommended but I would never recommend to anyone
